IOWA CUBS VIDEO INTERN

- Set up 4 Panasonic AJ-PX5000G broadcast cameras and conduct pregame preparations such as white balancing, color correction, and lens filter adjustment

- Film in-game action from 3 low angles, and 2 high-angle shots performing critical focus, zoom ins/outs, pans, and establishing shots for promotions to in-game transitions

- Direct and call camera shots, replays, and graphics displayed on both video boards and stadium televisions

- Broadcast 17 games to the Marquee Sports Network, the TV home of the Chicago Cubs

August 2021 - present

IOWA STATE DAILY REPORTER

- Develop Associated Press style articles for a student-run newspaper with a readership of 5000plus • Pitch stories ideas, attend weekly budget meetings, and participate in the content creation process

- Search for possible sources and conduct interviews to objectively report entertainment/lifestyle news from the ISU campus and Ames

INTERNATIONAL STUDENT COUNCIL TREASURER

- Direct a 40 plus student organization alongside the executive board and manage an account of $17,000

- Lead finance committee, create budgets for 5 events and contact university departments and Ames community to find sponsors

- Conduct new member interviews and collaborate with the executive board to assemble committees for both fall and spring semesters

- Work with the publicity committee in advertising and developing promotional materials for 5 major events

MEMORIAL UNION BUILDING MANAGER

- Manage event setups, building security, emergency procedures, guest relations, and day-to day upkeep of parking ramp

- Lead a team of assistant building managers and delegate tasks so events can be set up and assisted when needed


- Collaborate with event management office and university departments to ensure all events are proceeding within schedule, have the requested equipment and assistance for any occurring problems
